SMS Terms and Consent
Program identity
The CPSS service-reminder SMS program is operated by Centralized Pool Service & Supply LLC ("CPSS"), located at 345 McGill St, Sunbury, OH 43074. CPSS provides software portals to independent pool service partners and to those partners' customers. Messages are sent on behalf of the customer's chosen pool service partner.
What messages you receive
This is a transactional program. We send only:
- Reminders before a scheduled pool service visit.
- Status updates on open service requests (confirmed, rescheduled, or completed).
- Warranty and equipment notifications tied to your account.
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through this program.
Message frequency
Recurring messages, typically 1 to 4 per month depending on your service schedule. Frequency varies and is not guaranteed.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the cost of text messages on your plan. CPSS does not charge you for receiving these messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box inside your customer portal at portal.centralizedpoolserviceandsupply.com. The box is unchecked by default. Below is the exact consent control as it appears in your portal profile:

Partners may also enable SMS on a customer's behalf, but only with the customer's explicit verbal or written authorization, recorded with a timestamp. Customers can revoke that consent at any time using the methods below.
How to opt out
There are two ways to stop messages:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from this program. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Sign in at portal.centralizedpoolserviceandsupply.com and uncheck the SMS consent box in your profile.
Carrier-recognized opt-out keywords (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) are honored. To resume messages later, reply START or re-check the box in your profile.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact CPSS directly at info@centralizedpoolserviceandsupply.com or 740.810.1213. For service-specific questions, contact your pool service partner using the contact details shown in your portal.
How your phone number is used
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent status, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery vendor (Twilio) for the sole purpose of transmitting the messages you have consented to receive. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, Section 4.
Carriers and devices
Supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional and MVNO carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
